Cancellation policy: Please note that bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the service/transport. Bookings cancelled over 24 hours and paid via PayFast will be refunded. Bookings cancelled last minute (within 24 hours before the transport/service), we will charge a 15% service fee.
